About Lojeri Productions™ The main purpose and activity of Lojeri Productions™ is to produce educational and promotional films for, and in conjunction with, other nonprofit groups including museums, historical and cultural agencies, and educational organizations. Since 1998, the company has been a federally approved 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. A variety of productions are available for broadcast and private use, including documentaries, orientation and exhibit-related films, marketing segments and other media projects. They can be designed for in-house and outreach purposes. Production costs vary according to the type of presentation, its length and its format. Fees include research, script writing, filming, editing, graphics and music. For all media projects, it is requested that at least half of the total cost is provided at the beginning of the project and that the remainder is paid upon its completion. Contact Lojeri Productions for a quote. As a tax-exempt organization, Lojeri Productions can apply directly to granting agencies for money to help cover production costs. The company also raises funds through the sale of DVD copies of its productions. The productions are a collaborative effort so approximately half of the sales profits are donated to the museum or nonprofit organization featured in a film. Lojeri Productions also offers Internship and Volunteer Opportunities for college students. The Museum Insider™ The Museum Insider™ television series (registered copyright 1997) was created in 1995 to to educate the general public about the museum profession and to promote cultural heritage tourism. Each program features a different organization and topic. The series has covered how to visit an art museum, museums as educational and community centers, historic preservation, building restoration and adaptive reuse, historic sites archaeology, a field school in architectural history, and other subjects. The programs include both on-location and studio presentations. They have aired on public access channels in the Northeastern and Southeastern United States, and have received several local and national awards. A segment on the Ballard Institute and Museum of Puppetry was broadcast on the Indie Film Journal at WGBY PBS Station in Springfield, Massachusetts.
